If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Services. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and Stanushines Ltd., even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Services.

This Copyright policy ("Policy") applies to the "StaNu" mobile application ("Mobile Application" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services") and outlines how Stanushines Ltd. ("StaNu", "we", "us" or "our") addresses copyright infringement notifications and how you ("you" or "your") may submit a copyright infringement complaint. Protection of intellectual property is of utmost importance to us and we ask our users and their authorized agents to do the same. It is our policy to expeditiously respond to clear notifications of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable laws, including the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") of 1998, the text of which can be found at the U.S. Copyright Office website.

These agreements ("EULA") is an extension of StaNu terms and conditions when you access stanu.app ("Website"), "StaNu" ("Mobile Application") and any of their related products and services (collectively, "Services"). It provides more information regarding your use of the services. This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Stanushines Ltd. ("Stanushines Ltd.", "we", "us" or "our"). Therefore, StaNu (website and app) is licensed to You (End-User) by Stanushines Ltd., located along Naivas Road, Donholm, Nairobi 00100, Kenya (hereinafter: Licensor), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. By downloading the Application from the Google Play Store/Apple AppStore, and any update thereto (as permitted by this License Agreement), You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, and that You accept this License Agreement. The parties of this License Agreement acknowledge that Google/Apple is not a Party to this License Agreement and is not bound by any provisions or obligations with regard to the Application, such as warranty, liability, maintenance and support thereof, Stanushines Ltd., and not Google or Apple, is solely responsible for the licensed Application and the content thereof. This License Agreement may not provide for usage rules for the Application that are in conflict with the latest Play Store or App Store Terms of Service. Stanushines Ltd. acknowledges that it had the opportunity to review the said terms and this License Agreement is not conflicting with them. All rights not expressly granted to You are reserved.
